Is Ryota Miyagi a good point guard or not?

Ryota Miyagi is short and may look weak yet he is undeniably one of the best point guards in their district.  He dribbles fast and excels in passing. His ability to make critical decisions under time pressure made him one of the most reliable members of the Shohoku team. Some might say that his measly height made him a weak defender yet it’s the other way around. Ryota Miyagi’s small built granted him superb agility making steals and fast breaks a lot easier. He often works well with Kaede Rukawa and Takenori Akagi.  The only problem of Ryota Miyagi is his deep love for the team’s manager which distracts him even during an important match.
